By accessing this site or joining the MORP DNR server, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all terms below.

1. Player Eligibility

You must own a legitimate copy of GTA V and have active Steam and Discord accounts. The server is intended for players aged 17 and above, following the GTA V age rating.

2. Expected Behaviour

Roleplay honestly and respect other players' storylines.
Follow all Server Rules.
Maintain separation between In Character (IC) and Out Of Character (OOC).
Respect admin decisions and follow available appeal procedures.

3. Prohibited Behaviour

Using cheats, mod menus, exploits, or third-party software that grants unfair advantage.
Harassment, hate speech, discrimination, or threats against other players.
Trading in-game assets for real money outside official channels.
Sharing other players' personal information without consent (doxxing).
Attempting to disrupt, hack, or overload server infrastructure.

4. Penalties

Violations may result in warnings, temporary account holds (jail), character freezes, or permanent bans. Penalty severity is determined by the admin team based on offence level and player history.

5. In-Game Assets

All characters, vehicles, properties, and in-game money are part of the service and remain the property of MORP DNR. These assets have no real-world monetary value and may be adjusted, reset, or removed for game balance.

6. Donations and MORP Point

Voluntary support through MORP Point is used for server costs and development. Donations are final and non-refundable except where required by law. MORP Point does not grant advantages that break roleplay balance.

7. Service Availability

We strive to keep the server online but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, updates, or technical disruptions may occur at any time without notice.

8. Intellectual Property

MORP DNR is not affiliated with Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive. GTA V and all related trademarks belong to their respective rights holders. Scripts, custom assets, and site content are owned by MORP DNR.

9. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated at any time. Continuing to play after an update means you accept the latest version.
