We only collect data that is genuinely necessary to run the roleplay server:

  • Steam ID and Discord ID as account identifiers inside the city.
  • In-game character data such as character name, inventory, vehicles, and roleplay activity history.
  • IP address automatically logged by the server for security and abuse prevention.
  • Site technical data such as browser type and pages visited, via analytics if enabled.

We do not collect sensitive personal information such as real names, phone numbers, home addresses, or payment data.

2. Use of Information

Your data is used solely to:

  • Identify your account and characters on the MORP DNR server.
  • Run internal administration, including report handling and penalties.
  • Maintain server security against cheats, ban evasion, and other abuse.
  • Improve service quality and the roleplay experience.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on our database servers with access restricted to lead developers and authorised administrators. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to prevent unauthorised access.

4. Sharing with Third Parties

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes. Data may only be shared when required by applicable law.

Please note that third-party services we use — such as Discord, Steam, and FiveM — have their own privacy policies outside our control.

5. Cookies and Analytics

This site uses technical cookies required for sessions to function. If analytics is enabled, we use it only to view aggregate visit statistics, not to identify individuals.

6. Your Rights

As a player, you have the right to:

  • Request a copy of the data we hold about your account.
  • Request correction of inaccurate character data.
  • Request account data deletion, with the consequence of losing all character progress.

Requests can be submitted via MORP Discord with your Steam ID or Discord ID.

7. Underage Players

Our server is intended for players aged 17 and above, following the GTA V age rating. We do not knowingly collect data from children below that age.

8. Legal Compliance

We strive to comply with applicable personal data protection regulations in Indonesia, including the Personal Data Protection Law (UU PDP).

9. Privacy Policy Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Significant changes will be announced via Discord or our website, and the "Last updated" date above will be adjusted accordingly.
